Vacuum Fillet Placer

Timbertech's Vacuum Fillet Placer, pictured left, is our own innovative design for placing fillet sticks or laths in packs. The design provides positive and precise placement of fillet sticks or laths (for stabilising finished packs). A single length fillet can be used for a variety of pack widths by changing the angle of the fillet placer.

Specifications: Up to 80 laths can be held in a magazine (depending on thickness) 3 pneumatically operated eject fingers on each magazine designed to accomodate lath thickness variation. 3 Vacuum pads mounted on pneumatic cylinders pick up the lath. System is driven by pneumatics. No Hydraulics or electric drives requried Capable of up to 6 cycles per minute. Magazines are adjustable along the pack length via bearing rollers on purpose made cross beam
