Vacuum Handling System

Patented Independent-Valve design allows the Vacuum Head to lift items which are smaller than the surface size of the suction pad.

Our systems unique design allows virtually any item of any shape to be manipulated and maneuvered by the Vacuum Head.

The lifting capacity of the system can be adjusted to meet virtually any requirement. Our systems are being utilised to manipulate boards, panel products, timbers, cants, engineered wood products and virtually all other types of products which require physical handling.

In conjunction with our frame designs, our Vacuum Systems are already being used for:

  • Automatic Stacking and Unstacking of lumber products.

  • Automatic Infeed of High Speed Production Lines (Moulders, Resaws, Planers, etc).

  • Automatic Outfeed Stacking from High Speed Production Lines.

  • Automatic De-stickering of lumber products.

    • Our systems can replace the labour intensive procedures associated with physically lifting and manipulating lumber products and reduce workplace injuries by eliminating the physical handling of heavy products.

    Advantages of our system are:

  • Stacking and unstacking can be accomplished using one Vacuum System.

  • Multiple High Speed Lines can be fed and unloaded with one Vacuum System.

  • Our Vacuum Systems are designed to easily manipulate random width, random length lumber.

  • Our Vacuum Systems can manipulate stickered our unstickered lumber.

  • Our Vacuum Systems eliminate the requirement of on-ground mechanical devices to manipulate product movement.
